Brad passionately believes in listening to and valuing his clients and investing in his staff. He consistently strives to keep standards high.
Katie joined Highline Contracts in 2018 as Office & Accounts Manager. Katie brings a vast range of administration and organisational experience to the team. She is responsible for the company's financial obligations and also all aspects of administration including H&S, training and customer relations.
Neal has been in the construction industry for over 35 years and has gained a wealth of experience delivering many large complex projects. Neal is a hardworking team leader and will always go the extra mile to deliver a successful project on time and on budget.
Jon has worked on a broad range of commercial projects including warehouses, external areas, staff recreation areas and laboratories.Whatever the project size & specification, he effectively plans and manages projects and communicates effectively with customers throughout the job to ensure all the clients needs are taken care of.
Michael has recently joined the Highline team as a Commercial Manager. He brings 20 years’ experience of managing the commercial aspect of projects within the construction industry and will be a valuable asset to our company. Michael aims to complete every project within budget and provide the client with accurate costs to assist with budgeting projects.
Liam is Highline’s Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience within the role. With his dedication and drive, he will balance quality vs budget for the highest quality result for our clients.
Fabio Barsanti brings over 15 years of experience within the construction industry, Fabio is Highline’s Contracts Manager and oversees all projects that Highline undertakes. Fabio will assist with the design coordination, procurement, installation, quality, and H&S standards.
Ian Knight is our Lead Technical Services Manager and has a wealth of experience in unpacking of both mechanical and electrical designs, identifying the areas of concern and scrutinising sub-contractor proposals. His in depth understanding of building services and construction allows him to communicate and steer the sub-contractors in delivering on time and in a controlled financial manner.
Natasha is Highline’s SHEQ Manager and is responsible for the management and continual improvement of Highline’s internal Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality practises. Natasha has over 6 years’ worth of experience within a SHEQ role and is a Graduate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Jim Flood is our external Health & Safety Consultant at Flood Projects LLP.
James is Highline’s Senior Project Manager having gained 10 years of experience working on both smaller and larger scale contracts valued up to £100m. Starting within demolition, James progressed to become an knowledgeable Project Manager with particular expertise in pharmaceutical and structural refurbishments.
Alan has gained over 20 years’ of experience in the construction industry, initially starting out as a ceiling & partitioning fixer, where he was quickly promoted to a site manager. Since joining Highline he has consistently delivered his own successful projects, while creating his own client relationships.
Des has recently joined Highline as a Project Manager; he is a proactive manager who understands how to deliver a quality project, safely and without any defects during the handover process. His strength is his ability to offer revised design solutions on site when any issues arise and implement them quickly.
Matthew Chalk has progressed into the position of Project Manager. Matthew has been working with Highline for 2 years now, carrying out tasks such as carpentry, rendering, decorating on various projects and has recently joined our project team and helping run our specialised works department along with Jon.
Darren has over 30 years, experience in the construction industry. Work started for Darren as a brick layer and multiskilled tradesman before moving into management rolls. Darren has worked on commercial and domestic white collar major projects of many descriptions, along side minor works programs.
Kiera is our Pre-Construction Coordinator, having the responsibility for projects during the tender stage of its lifecycle. She will liaise with the appointed team, clients and subcontractors to ensure a high quality tender document.
Louise is Highline’s Office Administrator and will be the first friendly face you see as you walk into the Highline HQ! Louise ensures all our staff have the correct qualifications for their position and ensures all training is updated regularly. In addition, Louise monitors our subcontractor vetting system to ensure compliance with our own internal policies.
Lisa joined the Highline team in 2020. After working in a the building trade for over 10 years she brings process knowledge to the company and is responsible for all training and ou sub contractor vetting.
